Doug Fleenor Design is pleased to provide mounting of our products in NEMA enclosures. This service allows contractors to install the product immediately when it arrives on site. There is no need to wait while a suitable box is specified, purchased and shipped.

Typical applications include mounting a single model 125EE-WALL Enhanced Splitter or the model 621E-WALL Combiner within a 12"x12"x4" NEMA Type I box. Both of these products are UL and CE marked before mounting in the enclosure. Once installed in the enclosure Doug Fleenor Design installs a metal barrier separating the low and high voltage sections of the enclosure. This aids in adhering to some interpretation of the National Electric Code.

Other applications include placing a OEM version of a product such as the model 1211 Isolated Splitter in a 12"x18"x4" NEMA Type I box. This type of mounting is commonly requested; however, it is the responsibility of the systems integrator to know if this type of packaging is accepted by local regulatory agencies.
