The Downshifter is an enhancement option to our model 125EE Enhanced Splitter. It accepts a single input of DMX512 and linearly reassigns the starting address of blocks of channels to channel one. Five shifts are possible, one on each output of the Downshifter. An example of Downshifting is shown below. In this case, the block of input channels to shift is five.

The specifications of the Downshifter are the same as the model 125EE Enhanced Splitter.
NOTE: This product uses slew-rate-limited output drivers. Slew-rate-limited drivers minimize EMI and reduce reflections caused by improperly terminated cables.
